Partner 1: Laboratoire Biens, Normes et Contrats (LBNC EA 3788)

The LBNC is a plurydisciplinary research laboratory which gathers specialists in Law, Political Science, Economy, and Management, around federative research projects, within the framework of Avignon Université. It is organized around three research topics, each one involving all the domains represented in the laboraty : Digital Societies, Work & Employment, and Vote & Democraty. The LBNC is also a member of the Agorantic research federation and the TERSYS federative research structure (both interdisciplinary gatherings of laboratories from different domains).

Partner 2: Laboratoire Informatique d’Avignon (LIA EA 4128)

The LIA gathers Computer Science researchers and professors working in Avignon Université. Its research activity revolves around three big themes: Natural Language Processing (both speach and text), Operations Research, and Computer Networks. These are completed with two transverse topics: Digital Societies and Complex Systems. The LIA belongs to the Brain and Language Research Institute (BLRI) and the Agorantic research federation.

Partner 3: Centre de Recherches Administratives (CRA EA 893)

Its goal is to contribute to the development of Administrative Law, Public Procurement Law, Public Economic Law, and Public Service Law, at both national and international levels, through teaching, research, and the organisation of scientific events.

Partner 4: Datactivist

Datactivist is a cooperative and participatory company whose mission is to open data and make them used and useful. Operating at all steps of data opening and reuse, Datactivist works with both data producers and data re-users. Its mission is to reduce information asymmetries, and allow everyone to seize data, without naivety, but without pessimism.

Supporter: Transparency International France (TI France)

TI France is the French branch of Transparency International (TI). TI is an international non-governmental nonprofit organization aiming at taking action to combat global corruption with civil societal anti-corruption measures and to prevent criminal activities arising from corruption. It brings people together in a powerful worldwide coalition to end the devastating impact of corruption on men, women and children around the world. TI’s mission is to create change towards a world free of corruption.
